I am so excited that you have taken the time to check out my work and are thinking of booking me for your wedding day. Choosing a wedding photographer is among the most important decisions you’ll make. You’ll be spending more time with your photographer on your big day than almost any other vendor, so you should not only trust them, you should enjoy being around them too.

My style, is sophisticated with a hint of fine art. Rich, warm and bold colors that are true to life so that you can remember the day, as it unfolded. I mix posed imagery with fun memorable candid images. You will receive LOTS of beautifully crafted images to remember your biggest day. I over-shoot, so be prepared! to have lots to choose from.

The very first step is to look over my collections and portfolio. See if what I offer is a perfect fit.
Then reach out to me via the contact form at the bottom of my collections page or email me: meadowandlarkphotography@gmail.com and see if I have your date available.
If your date is available we can either chat via e-mail, zoom or in person and talk all about your day. To book a $500 reservation fee is due upon signing the contract, and once signed, the date will officially be yours!

What comes after booking?!

Engagement Session

Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. I want you to feel comfortable and looking your absolute best. Engagement sessions help you to get to know me as a photographer and give you a little insight on what some posing will be like on your wedding day. We will capture beautiful poses and all the in-between candid moments as well.

These are booked anytime from 1 year to a few months before your wedding!

PLANNING YOUR WEDDING

I am here to help you every step of the way! I will send out a questionnaire at booking for you to fill out whenever you are able and tell me all the little details about your big day and what’s most important to you! If needed, together we will build a timeline for your wedding day. I will help you get the best opportunities for photos during your day.

I will also have you make a family portrait list of all formal portraits you’d like taken and please inform us of any family situations that we may not otherwise know. That will help keep the day flowing smoothing.

After Your Wedding Day

SNEAK PEEK TIME!

Within that first week, I will always give you the sneak first, and once you approve will do a small social media sneak peek along with your blog post that shows a full preview of your day. A highlight preview gallery from your day will be ready within 2 weeks for you to share and for thank you’s!

The full online gallery will be ready within 6-8 weeks of your wedding date. Once products are finished all your custom products will be ready for pickup or mailed.

You will have the opportunity to invest in custom fine art prints and more products in your online gallery as well.

Your Anniversary Session

Included in the Wildly in love package.

Anniversary sessions are so special and unlike your wedding day, a calm and intimate session to bring back all those beautiful feelings you had on your special day, with your person.

They also help you celebrate your one year milestone of being together as a married couple. So let’s celebrate! Celebrate your first year of marriage together and while you’re dressed up, it’s the perfect time to go on a date night <3
