I love outdoor sessions, they can be so much like an adventure.

Please keep in mind that most of these spots are in nature, without restrooms nearby, and some distance to walk. Please bring bug spray, water, and, snacks for lil ones to keep them happy during the session.

Local to Alma

Conservation Park-Alma

My go to for most sessions, beautiful spring-fall, it has fields, trails, fallen trees, and more!

This is a great place for families who want earlier sessions, than sunset, since we can go in the woods with the shade.

Great for extended families

Leashed pets allowed.

Don Pavlik Field-Alma

This has huge open field, with some pretty trees in the back. The sun sets behind you so it's perfect for sunset photos.

Great for extended families

Downtown Alma

Create a urban field during your session. This is great for "stick season", winter and early spring, since we don't have to worry about trees/grass in bloom.

Alma College

Another Urban vibe, or if you have kids in sports we can use the field for senior photos.

From the chapel to Oscar Remick Heritage Center, and hidden spots in between.

Beyond Alma

Historic Bank Block-St. Louis

Another urban location, that has lots of pretty ivy and greens.

Deerfield Nature Park-Mt. Pleasant

This is another favorite, as it has lots of different picturesque locations. It is a trail, so be prepared for lots of walking.

Leashed Pets allowed.

Great for extended familes

Motz Park-St. Johns

So much to see here from a large hill, giant rock, fields, pond, and beachy lake. Will have lots of walking.

Leashed pets allowed.

Great for extended families

Woodland Park-Ithaca

Tall pines that are perfect for a late fall or winter session.

LumberJack Park-Riverdale

Water is the main feature here, it is cold, but makes some fun photos!
