Photo Locations

I love outdoor sessions, they can be so much like an adventure.

Please keep in mind that most of these spots are in nature, without restrooms nearby, and some distance to walk. Please bring bug spray, water, and, snacks for lil ones to keep them happy during the session.

Conservation Park

Behind pine river park

My go-to for most sessions, beautiful spring-fall, it has fields, trails, fallen trees, and more!
This is an excellent place for families who want earlier sessions than sunset, since we can go in the woods with shade.

Across from Alma Middle School

This has huge open field, with some pretty trees in the back. The sun sets behind you so it's perfect for sunset photos.

Create a urban field during your session. This is great for "stick season", winter and early spring, since we don't have to worry about trees/grass in bloom.
The green door/light brick is right next door to my studio, so we can start there.

Alma College

or high school (seniors)

Another Urban vibe, with the heritage center, or chapel for more formal. We can use the field for senior photos if you have kids in sports.
From the chapel to Oscar Remick Heritage Center, and hidden spots in between.

Another urban location with lush ivy and greenery.

This is another favorite, as it has lots of different picturesque locations. It is a trail, so be prepared for lots of walking.

This is a client favorite, with different fields, a few different water spots, and a beachy area. There is also some walking to get to spots here as well.
